By using the Eurostarling platform you agree to the following terms. No legal flood — factual rules for a non-commercial sim hobby project.
1. What Eurostarling is — and is not
Eurostarling is a non-commercial hobby project for flight simulation. We model the operation of a fictional airline. Bookings, prices, fare classes, inventory, ACARS data and disruption mechanics are part of the simulation without real legal effect.
- ❌ No real flights — we do not transport real passengers and are not suitable for real travel
- ❌ No real tickets — the booking flows simulate the experience, no real money moves
- ❌ Not a commercial organization — we are not a GmbH, not a registered company, not an airline under aviation law
2. Who can join
The platform is intended for adults and adolescents from approx. 13 years. No joining fee, no pay-to-rank, no hidden costs. Account creation is voluntary.
3. Community conduct
With your registration you commit to:
- ✓ Fairplay — no manipulation of telemetry, ACARS data or block-time records
- ✓ Respect — civil tone in Crew Center, Discord and all community channels. No insults, discrimination or hate speech.
- ✓ Security — keep own credentials secret, no multi-accounts without coordination
- ✓ Sim authenticity — fly flights yourself or per state-of-the-art in the active sim. No "time compression" to speed things up.
Violations may lead to account suspension — in severe cases without warning.
4. Content and use
The content, design, code and brand elements of Eurostarling are protected by copyright. You may use the platform privately, quote and share content, but not copy or use commercially without permission.
Mentioned third-party trademarks (Airbus, MSFS, VATSIM, IVAO, SimBrief, Fenix, etc.) belong to their respective owners. We use them for factual description of the sim context.
5. Liability & disclaimer
We operate the platform with great care but as a non-commercial hobby project assume no guarantee for availability, data consistency or freedom from errors. Any liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded within the legally permissible scope.
In particular, all sim data (prices, disruption compensations, performance scores, career statuses) are not suitable for real decisions or legal claims.
6. Termination
You can have your account deleted anytime and without reason (request via Discord or the email in the imprint ). We may suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms.
7. Applicable law
German law applies. Jurisdiction for disputes is — unless mandatorily provided otherwise — Berlin.
8. Changes
We may adjust these terms — for material changes, registered users will be informed via the Crew Center.
