NEO and A350 as the backbone.
Most of the fleet is next-gen: A220-300, A320neo, A321neo, A330-900 and A350-900. They are gradually replacing the remaining classic-generation A319s and A320s. Concretely: 15–20% lower fuel burn per block-hour, longer range, quieter engines.
Each type has its mission.
The A220-300 flies the thinner routes where a larger type would go out half empty. The A320 family carries the European network out of both hubs, and out of Switzerland for balejet. The A321neo handles the longer European routes and the direct programme that skips the hub. The A330-900 and A350-900 fly long-haul.
