The network is a two-hub system — the same structure a real network carrier flies.
- Munich (EDDM) — the larger of the two hubs and our operations base. The European network and long-haul to Asia and Africa run from here.
- Berlin Brandenburg (EDDB) — head office and the hub for the American continent, from Canada via the USA and Mexico down to South America.
- balejet — our Swiss brand, operating in its own right out of Geneva (LSGG) and Basel (LFSB).
- Direct programme — plus services from Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Hamburg that skip the hubs entirely.
Which destinations the current schedule actually serves changes every season. The live list is always at /destinations, and the network structure with haul lengths at /routes.
Connections: itineraries over either hub are issued as a single booking — one PNR, through-checked bags, and if the first sector is disrupted the system takes care of the onward connection.
