As soon as you bid a flight or pairing, the system automatically sends you two email reminders:
- 4 hours before departure — time for OFP, SimBrief, weather check.
- 30 minutes before departure — cockpit-ready, fire up MSFS.
Each email includes: flight number, route, off/on-block times, aircraft type, and a link to Crew Dispatch.
Turn reminders off? In your profile there is a “Pre-flight reminders” checkbox. Default is on. You can disable and re-enable it any time.
Heritage Crew does not get reminders — the pings are for real pilots only.
